Unopened, factory-sealed Ledger devices can be returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

Condition requirements

Must be unused, in original seal and packaging, with all accessories and inserts included.

Opened devices

For security reasons, opened or activated hardware wallets are non-returnable. Warranty applies for defects.

Digital items & gift cards

Final sale and non-refundable once delivered.

How to start a return

Follow these steps to keep your return fast and secure. Unauthorized or opened returns will be refused for customer safety.

Email returns@mvaults.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the sealed box.

Wait for return authorization (RA) and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Pack the item securely in the original box plus an outer shipping box. Keep the seal intact.

Ship with a trackable method. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Once received, we inspect within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges are processed as a new order after return approval. Price differences may apply.

Return unopened; request an exchange for Nano X vs Nano S Plus.

Duplicate order

If unopened, return within 30 days. If shipped twice, contact support immediately.

Box arrived damaged

Photograph the outer box and seals before opening. If the seal is broken, stop and contact support.

Received wrong item

Do not open the seal. Send photos and we will arrange an immediate replacement with a prepaid label.

Security guidance
  • •Never ship your recovery phrase or any written words with the return.
  • •Do not include accessories not part of the original box (e.g., personal lanyards, third-party cases).
  • •If the factory seal is broken, the device is ineligible for return but may be covered by warranty for defects.
  • •Keep your return tracking number and receipt until the refund is posted.
  • •Use the original inner packaging to prevent movement and screen pressure.
